BuildX is a Southeastern Massachusetts home builder specializing in custom stick-built Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). With offices in Carver and Hanover, we serve homeowners across the South Shore, South Coast, and Upper Cape Cod regions.
Our Story
For more than 40 years, the team behind BuildX has been building homes across Massachusetts. What started as a traditional home building company has evolved into the region's leading ADU specialist -- driven by the belief that every homeowner deserves access to quality, affordable housing solutions on their own property.
When Massachusetts passed legislation making it easier for homeowners to build ADUs, we saw an opportunity to apply our decades of construction expertise to a new kind of project: compact, beautifully finished living spaces that help families stay together, generate rental income, or age in place with dignity.
