Buz combines over 40 years of experience with a lifelong dedication to quality craftsmanship, innovation, and integrity. Having completed more than $450 million in residential construction projects, he developed the BuildX Proven Process for Success to simplify construction and deliver exceptional results. As an active member of the Kingston Conservation Commission, he promotes sustainable building practices and responsible community development. Buz has fully embraced the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) movement and is a strong advocate for reuniting families through innovative ADU housing solutions.

Erin brings 7 years of Executive Assistant experience with a focus on operational support and administrative coordination in the construction industry. At BuildX, she manages daily office operations, oversees scheduling, facilitates internal communication, and ensures seamless execution of executive priorities.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, Erin excels at managing multiple priorities and creating efficient, structured workflows.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, cheer on her son in youth sports and her daughter in gymnastics, and spend time with her husband, family and friends.

With 7 years of real estate experience focused on new construction and homebuyer satisfaction, Casey brings genuine care and enthusiasm to the BuildX team. She guides clients through the pre-construction process by managing new leads, pre-development agreements, and the selection process to ensure every project gets off to a smooth, confident start. Alongside her client work, Casey helps enhance BuildX's backend technology systems, streamlining communication and keeping projects running efficiently behind the scenes.

When she's not at work, you'll find Casey hiking with her dog, Griffin, traveling, trying new restaurants, or exploring somewhere new.

Jessica Larsen lives in a full and joyful multigenerational household with her husband, three children, her mother, and a lively collection of pets that keep every day interesting.

With extensive experience in the hospitality, real estate, and home services industries, Jessica brings a deep understanding of people, service, and storytelling to everything she does. Having also served five years in public office on Cape Cod, she is known for her compassion, advocacy, and commitment to creating meaningful impact.

Jeffrey has nearly 10 years of experience across multiple areas of the construction industry. He plays a key role in ensuring BuildX and all its projects are executed as efficiently and effectively as possible, with a focus on customer relations, procurement, and scheduling.

He is known for remaining calm and patient under pressure, anticipating challenges before they arise, and developing practical solutions that keep teams and projects on track.

Jeffrey's work philosophy is centered on client focus and teamwork, fostering collaboration that leads to mutual success for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature and experiencing the joy of watching his daughter grow.

With over a decade in film, television, and digital media, Kevin has worked with AMC, Billboard / The Hollywood Reporter, and Julian Edelman's Coast Productions. He's earned IMDB credits, a Nor'Easter Film Festival award for Best Documentary, and once made Elijah Wood's eyeballs explode (creatively, of course).

Specializing in post-production -- editing, color, and VFX -- Kevin delivers high-quality content with minimal disruption. A one-stop creative shop, he brings sharp instincts, humor, and craftsmanship to every project.

John Perry serves as BuildX's Client Experience Guide, ensuring every homeowner feels supported and informed throughout their ADU journey.

Yuri has 1.5 years experience in Construction Finance, a combined 4 years in Quality Management Data Analytics & Telemedicine Training, and 2 years in Education. She is known for her strong attention to detail and accuracy, proven consistency and dependability, and her collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Yuri has spent most of her life in the D.C./Maryland/Virginia area. Since moving to Massachusetts, she has been enjoying exploring the city, visiting churches, and finding the best restaurants (steakhouses!) that Boston has to offer.

Tom has over 4 years of experience in the construction field, bringing a strong background in safety, planning, and project execution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, which strengthens his focus on quality, efficiency, and maintaining safe job sites.

As a Project Manager, Tom is known for his attention to detail, strong leadership, and ability to keep projects on track from preconstruction through completion.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and loves hitting the golf course whenever he can.

With over three years of hands-on experience in the media industry, Chris Patel brings creativity, precision, and strategy to every project. He plays an integral role in video production, marketing concept development, and client engagement.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time working on his cars and watching movies.

Chris has 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in demolition subcontracting and both pre- and post-job project management. He holds an MBA with an emphasis in project management, bringing a strong foundation of leadership and organization to every project. Chris is known for being detail-oriented, hardworking, and deeply committed to delivering a high level of service to every customer.

Outside of work, he enjoys going to Mass, staying active through working out, spending time outdoors -- especially in the wilderness and on the ocean.

Justin has 15 years of experience in the construction and architectural industry. With an undergraduate degree in Architectural Studies from The College of the Holy Cross and a Master's Degree in Architecture from The Boston Architectural College, Justin brings a strong design foundation and technical understanding to BuildX.

Known for his leadership, problem-solving, and commitment to continuous improvement, Justin focuses on building efficient systems and strong team collaboration.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their dog, Teddy.

Michael brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in residential building, project management, additions, remodels, and new-construction workflows. His hands-on background and deep field expertise enable him to anticipate challenges, lead teams efficiently, and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and strong on-site leadership, Michael builds lasting trust with clients, subcontractors, and design partners.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing pickleball, and reading.

Steve has 17 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in ADU builds and complex carpentry work. He is known for his exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to tackle the unusual challenges that arise on site.

With a passion for craftsmanship, Steve takes pride in creating high-quality, lasting work and finding solutions where others might see obstacles.

Outside of work, he enjoys working as a mechanic and riding dirt bikes.

Thomas combines creativity and storytelling to produce engaging content that showcases BuildX's projects, people, and brand. A Communications graduate from Dean College, he's passionate about creating compelling content that connects with audiences and brings every story to life.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys sports photography, videography, exploring new creative techniques, and hanging out with his kitten Clementine.

Robert Gaffney is a seasoned Project Manager with more than 35 years of experience leading residential and commercial construction projects throughout Massachusetts and across multiple states. His background includes ground-up construction, multifamily housing, accessory dwelling units, senior-living renovations, and high-end residential projects.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Robert manages every phase of construction -- from permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement through subcontractor coordination, inspections, quality control, and final closeout.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife at their summer place in Plymouth. Robert is also an avid golfer and motorcycle enthusiast.

Scout isn't just part of the BuildX team -- she's the heartbeat of our crew. As a highly trained Belgian Malinois, Scout takes her role as Chief Security Officer seriously, keeping our team, jobsites, and visitors safe with her sharp instincts and loyal presence.

Beyond her protective duties, Scout brings an unbeatable mix of discipline and charm to the workplace. Whether she's accompanying site walks, watching over the yard, or greeting team members with her trademark focus and wag, Scout embodies the BuildX spirit -- alert, dependable, and always ready for action.

When she's off duty, Scout enjoys a good game of fetch, early morning runs, and plenty of attention from her BuildX family.
